Amber with Insects - Rock #6

This beautiful "drop" of ancient pine tree resin, which now is called AMBER, comes from Poland  where it was found on the Baltic Sea beach. It was later polished and a group of fruit flies (9) was discovered in it. They were trapped in the sticky resin 40 million years ago and preserved till our times. This piece can be made into a pendant or can be added to your fossils and rocks collection!
